And yes, back then we commented that Opera seems to be late with the complaint; after all, it's been ten years since US regulators slammed Microsoft for exactly the same thing, and it didn't work. Microsoft has happily been bundling IE with Windows ever since.
However, the European Union is not the United States. Taking a cue from Opera, the EU regulators have now filed a new complaint against Microsoft, stating that bundling a web browser with the operating system violates antitrust law.
