Evan Spiegel can already claim some impressive accomplishments; namely, he's the chief executive of a fast-growing startup, a little company called Snapchat, which has made him the youngest billionaire.
Now, he can add another item to that list: homeowner.
The Snapchat cofounder and CEO has purchased a house in a wealthy neighborhood of Los Angeles for $3.3 million, according to a Variety report, citing real estate sources and property records.
A representative for Snapchat declined to comment on the report.
Even as Snapchat has gained traction and Spiegel's personal wealth has grown, the 24-year-old chose to continue building up the company while living at his dad's house. Spiegel isn't moving too far away, though: Variety reports that the new home is just a few miles away from where his dad lives.
Forbes estimated Spiegel's net worth to be $1.5 billion, though it could be even higher soon. Snapchat is reportedly raising funding at a $10 billion valuation.
