Evernote Food Updates its Android App, Adds Recipe Exploration

Evernote updated its Evernote Food app for Android, which helps users remember the food and restaurants they love, and discover new cuisine.

On Monday, version 2.0 added the ability for users to explore recipes from popular food sites within the app, as well as save them in a "My Cookbook" section, making them easier to find later on.

A "Restaurants" section displays location-specific lists of eateries around a given user. There's the option to create a list of restaurants to try, and a list of already visited places that can serve as a reference, later on.

For those who like to take photos of their food, a "My Meals" section lets users go on a visual journey of all their previous dining adventures.

The latest version of Evernote Food is already available for the iPhone and iPad. Now, users can also download the app for Android from the Google Play store.
