Extravigator, the online blogging and social network for discerning luxury travelers, has finally launched, emerging from private beta.
We first covered Extravigator here, when it was still in private beta nearly two months ago. A lot has happened in the travel scene since then, with new features from GroopVine, a makeover for TripAdvisor, the announcement of the Road Trip Wizard, and the appointment of a Yahoo exec for travel search firm SideStep. With all these changes, one thing remains clear, the current push in the online travel industry is to provide better, more trusted information for travelers.
