Facebook Launches App Center for Android and iOS

Facebook has launched its own app center for Android and iOS devices. The app center will also be available on the mobile version of Facebook itself.

“The App Center is launching tonight with more than 600 social apps, including Nike+ GPS, Ubisoft Ghost Recon Commander, Stitcher Radio, Draw Something, and Pinterest,” the company announced.

Bing Partners Up With Britannica

Microsoft's search engine Bing has partnered with Encyclopedia Britannica to include Britannica Online answers directly in the Bing results page.

Britannica answers will provide a short overview of the subjects along with some useful facts and figures and links to other trusted sources.

Apple to Add Baidu Search Engine on iPhones in China [REPORT]

Apple plans to add Baidu’s search engine to iPhones in China, Bloomberg reports citing two people with knowledge of the matter. The deal could be announced as early as next week.
