Behold the Floor Plan for Facebook's $120M Employee Housing Complex

Flowering trees, a spa and 6-foot-tall perimeter wall await Facebook employees moving into the company's planned housing complex.

Planning documents obtained by Valleywag outline the $120 million complex's amenities.

Staffers can look forward to the building's rooftop terrace, quad featuring "flowering canopy trees" and fountain, and a backyard recreation area that includes a pool, spa and bocce-ball court. There's also a dog park, bike parking and an entertainment courtyard with synthetic turf.

A stone wall will also surround much of the complex's perimeter, the documents reveal.

The Anton Menlo complex is within walking distance of Facebook's Menlo Park, Calif. campus. But even with 394 units, the building will only hold about 10% of the company's staff. Facebook is working with St. Anton Partners, a development and investment company, and plans to subsidize 15 of the units for low-income housing.

The housing complex won't be the first perk for Facebook employees, who already enjoy laundry service, photo processing and leather repair.
