Today at Facebook conference f8, blogger and avid FriendFeed user Jesse Stay asked Facebook execs what Facebook's plans were for FriendFeed. He particularly wondered whether the service would be bolstered as a possible Buzz competitor, as so many of Facebook's announcements today have seemed to position Facebook as a major Google apps challenger.
FriendFeed co-founder and now-Facebooker Bret Taylor said that Facebook plans to keep FriendFeed up and running, but probably won't be devoting too many resources to developing for the platform. Below are his comments from a press conference at f8.
