Your Facebook News Feed might become a whole lot more diverse soon.

The company is testing customizable, topical feeds. The new feature, currently available only to a small subset of users, lets you choose between a general News Feed as well as a feed focused on travel, style or recent news headlines, for example.

First noticed by Jason Stein, who tweeted about it Tuesday, the feature is only available on Facebook's mobile app.

According to Facebook, users wanted to see more conversations around specific topics in their News Feed, and the company obliged.

"We are testing feeds for people to view different stories from people and Pages based on topic areas," a Facebook spokesperson told The Verge.

At this point, the new feeds are just a test, and there's no word on when -- or if -- they will become widely available.

The Verge reports that Facebook is also testing its new Marketplace feature, which enables users to buy products immediately after clicking on an ad. In these tests, a Marketplace icon replaces the Messenger icon on the mobile app (the Messenger gets pushed to the top left), enabling users to quickly reach a shopping page based on the products sold by Pages you've liked. That feature is currently available to a small subset of users in the U.S.
