Clicking on Account in the upper left corner of the application will now give you access to account settings, privacy settings and Facebook's Help Center.
Unfortunately, the account and the privacy settings aren't tailored for use on the iPhone; the option merely takes you to the web version of the settings, meaning that you'll have a hard time actually changing anything from there. We'd definitely like to see the account and privacy settings optimized for the iPhone in the future.
