Facebook has invited reporters to its Menlo Park headquarters on March 7 to take a look at its new News Feed.
A redesigned version of Timeline is already being tested in New Zealand. We had a friend capture some screenshots of the redesign for us, which features a new look for the toolbar at the top of the screen, a new About widget below your profile picture, and moves Timeline navigation to the top right of the page, swapping places with the ads that currently reside there.
Shared stories in the new Timeline are also a little interesting. When you share a link to a website, a like button for that site will appear below your post, encouraging your friends to Like the publication if they enjoy the content.
