Tworl Makeover - Tworl, the IM service that connects you to strangers, has relaunched with a new interface and features, they informed users today.

StepItUp - A social site to help fight global warming. StepItUp plans to hold a day of action on April 14th.

Dooniz - Dooniz is basically an affiliate links portal - conduct your searches, make purchases and so on. 75% of all the revenue goes to charities, they say, while they keep 25%. It would probably require 100% going to charity for anyone to take this seriously.

Facebook Safety - Popular stalking/social networking site Facebook put out a warning today about protecting your safety online. Like MySpace and Bebo, they'll need to be seen protecting privacy if they want to avoid lawsuits.

WebRidesTV - A "YouTube for cars". We hadn't seen WebRides before, but it seems to have been around for a few months. (via)

Democracy - The latest version of Democracy, the free Internet TV player, has just been released with a bunch of updates. Use it as a Bittorrent client and search YouTube, Google Video and Yahoo Video.
