The Internet's favorite startup trolling robot dinosaur is looking to Kickstarter users to help fund the launch of his book, ME, FAKEGRIMLOCK: THE BOOK OF AWESOME. The dinobot with a flair for caps lock and the word "awesome" launched the fundraising effort March 6 and has already raised more than $35,000, far surpassing its $10,000 goal.
Considering the tech scene's fondness for FAKEGRIMLOCK, it's not surprising to see the cash being tossed his way. And with book chapter titles like "STARTUP HIPSTER IDENTIFICATION CHART" and "WIN LIKE STUPID," it seems the people will get their money's worth. Or at least get something entertaining to talk about at networking events.
