Celebrities: They're not really like us at all.
While many famous musicians often write songs with lyrics that could apply to our everyday lives, other times, they can't refrain from a little name-dropping. After all, who understands famous people better than famous people?
Whether it's a moving tribute or a chance to take some digs at an ex (we're looking at you, Taylor Swift and Justin Timberlake), it's clear that these artists sometimes draw their best inspiration from other stars.
So we rounded up this Music Monday playlist of hits written by celebrities, for celebrities. So close your eyes for a minute and pretend moment you're rolling in one of these high-profile entourages.

How to Share Your Song With Us
1. To follow Mashable on Spotify, click here. If a popup window asks you to launch an external application, accept. This just means the browser will open up Spotify.
2. Follow Mashable, or send us music by clicking "Send Music."
3. To send music while browsing tracks within Spotify, follow the MashableHQ account. Then right-click (ctrl + click) on the song you want to send, and click the "Share" option.
4. By default, Spotify pulls up the "Post to Feed" option. Instead, select the "Send to Friend" tab, type in "MashableHQ" and hit the blue "Send" button.
