Robby the Robot (from Forbidden Planet) and KITT (from Knight Rider) are among the robots that make cameos in this ad for GE that celebrates robots, fictional and otherwise.
The ad, the latest in the brand's "GE Works" campaign, celebrates "Brilliant Machines." The idea is "that GE is creating machines with the technology, the scale and the ability to make the world better. And other, famous machines are on the move to find out what’s going on," says a rep for BBDO, the ad agency on the effort.
