The fbFund08 application features all 25 finalists, each of which has uploaded a 30-second “commercial” from its developers. Users can then add the applications, and from there, give them a thumbs up or down and leave comments. Votes can be cast once per day, per application, so in theory, you can vote for your favorite apps every day until the fbFund08 app shuts down on November 30th.

How much will user votes be weighted in Facebook’s formula for picking the winners? Facebook execs wouldn’t tell me, but they said the judging committee, which includes Facebook and partners from venture capital firms Accel Partners and Founders Fund, will be strongly considering the feedback they see from users.
