The plan is to get the hundreds of team members in a room at Procter & Gamble's Cincinnati headquarters to utter "thank you" 1 million times via a livestream, starting at 10 a.m. Monday. There are 3,120 minutes in the allotted time -- 52 hours -- which means the team will have to average 320 thanks per minute or five per second. A Febreze rep says the feat will be achieved by having four to six people in the room at the same time saying thank you in unison.
In a brand-appropriate twist, the team will ask fans for smelly items to put in the room. For an hour on Tuesday morning, for no particular reason, the team will switch from the English "thank you" to the French "merci" as well.
