FeelingBullish Launches - MySpace For Investors?

FeelingBullish is a new social network for investors - it's broadly similar to BullPoo and SocialPicks. Once you sign up, you become an "analyst", with your own profile page and blog. You can add friends to your network, leave comments in the forums and - most importantly - rate stocks on a scale ranging from "strong sell" to "strong buy". There's also an aggregated view that shows the top stock picks from the community. What's more, the site logs all your stock ratings over time and creates a "FeelingBullish rank" based on the performance of your picks. You can then share this rank using blog widgets and buttons - this is a nice little marketing tactic that's pretty much essential these days.

Although not as fun and addictive as BullPoo, FeelingBullish is a nice play. However, I don't see the potential for huge growth because user acquisition is hard - it's yet another social network to sign up for and maintain.
