Ferris Bueller at the Super Bowl? Online Tease Leaves Few Clues [VIDEO]

We haven't heard much from Ferris Bueller since 1986, but apparently he's taken some time off to do a Super Bowl ad.

This 10-second teaser shows Bueller star Matthew Broderick asking "How can I handle work on a day like today?" and then cues a snippet of "Oh Yeah," the song from the movie. What the video doesn't reveal is the sponsor. Instead there's just the message "2.5.12" -- a.k.a. Super Sunday.

Don't bother investigating the YouTube account, either. Chuckachucka2012 reveals little about himself except that he's a big fan of that movie. He also only joined on Thursday.

Hmm. Rack your brains, everyone. What was one of the big plot points of Ferris Bueller's Day Off? Wasn't there something in there about a car?

While you're mulling that over, enjoy the Sidecar Comedy video below, which speculates how Ferris fared after high school. Stay on for a cameo from Abe Froman the Sausage King of Chicago.
