Full-blown war has gripped Panem in the latest trailer for Mockingjay -- Part 2.

"Turn your weapons," declares symbolic mockingjay Katniss Everdeen, her voice shaking with anger and pain in the monologue that narrates the trailer. The rebels have a clear enemy and target in President Snow, even if Katniss ends up questioning the motives of many who are close to her in the rebellion.

The trailer begins with a moment of tranquility -- possibly the only one in the entire film -- as Katniss and her little sister, Prim, hug and declare their love for each other. After that, it's battle stations.

A massive drum pounds relentlessly in the background as Katniss and her allies are chased, shot at, and blown up. The clip is more a series of snapshots than an actual narrative, but its images leave quite an impression -- particularly some aggressive-looking lizard-human muttations. Though the stakes here are higher, Finnick recognizes that they're essentially fighting to win the last, ultimate Hunger Games.

Other snapshots include the movie's eminent cast, including Donald Sutherland, Gwendolyn Christie, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson and the late Philip Seymour Hoffman.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay -- Part 2 will be the final installment in the series and premieres on Nov. 20.
