Julie Finlay is having a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day. Yes, even worse than Tim Cook's doozy last Wednesday.
In the Season 15 premiere of CSI, airing Sunday, the investigator (played by Elisabeth Shue) finds herself sitting on a heap of trouble -- literally.

A bomb has been placed in Finlay's car, and it's up to her team to save her. "I realized I'd never done a scene -- ever -- where I was about to die," Shue recalled of shooting the episode. "And to go through that experience was really challenging."

Luckily, there are brighter days ahead -- namely, two new love interests (one of whom may turn out to be a little suspicious) and an episode that takes a trio of CSI ladies to Las Vegas. "I want to do more girl-focused episodes," Shue told Mashable. "I really want to work more with Jorja [Fox], and I think the girl power of CSI needs to be enhanced."
Once bombs are dealt with, of course.
