Israel-based troubleshooting site Fixya has just raised $6 million in series B funding from Mayfield Fund, and Pitango Venture Capital. Since raising $4 million in funding about a year ago, Fixya has been growing its user base, and is currently reporting 6 million visitors per month.
Fixya has also been strengthening its ties between Israel and Silicon Valley, which is something that several Israel-based startups are beginning to do, especially as global expansion becomes an easier, more relevant process for a number of emerging, web-based services.
