In short, the full version of Flash is coming to most smartphones - Android, Symbian, Windows Mobile devices, as well as Palm Pre - in early 2010. Which pretty much means they'll really be announcing it at the next year's MWC.
As far as Flash on the iPhone goes, the neverending saga continues. But the news is not good. From the mouth of Anup Murarka, director of Technology Strategy and Partner Development for Adobe: "We would love to see it on the iPhone, too, but it's Apple's decision on when and how they support any new technology. So we will continue to work on it."
