Drone footage from Russian state TV shows Palmyra after the Syrian army reclaimed it. With assistance from Russia, they succeeded in driving the Islamic State from the city. Palmyra and its historic artifacts were heavily damaged during the ISIS occupation. ISIS had been holding it for nearly a year.
