Fotolog and Google have signed a three-year search technology and services agreement with entails that Google will provide search and keyword ads for Fotolog. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

The photo-blogging site with a large European and Latin American base, is going to have Google-powered search and ads on its network site. This is good for Fotolog, as the site has seen steady growth, and has about 15 million unique users, 3.5 billion page views a month, and gains a reported 30,000 new members every day. With its large community, it's taking after the footsteps of another social network. Hopefully Fotolog will avoid any future issues with Google, as the search company has extended itself to so many different areas that partnerships with other companies could be difficult for Fotolog. The photo-blogging site has already partnered with Userplane for chat.

In related Google search news, the company has released a customizable search business edition.
