In news that surprises no one, Fox News has an opinion on something, and this time it's women's leggings.

On Tuesday, Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy got a group of men -- including Duck Dynasty's very own Willie Robertson -- to discuss whether or not women should be allowed to "parade" around in leggings.

Their discussion was prompted by a recent viral video in which a woman in Tennessee ranted about how "leggings ain't paints."

So, Doocy and the rest of the "esteemed panel of fathers" got together to ruminate on the acceptability of their daughters wearing leggings to school.

Of course, such a decision cannot be reached without solid examples, so the panel brought out two women, Katie and Paige, to critique their leggings on air, and thereby subject them to the male gaze in the process.

"Obviously her physique, God bless you, you've worked out, you've earned that," Fox analyst Arthur Aidala told Paige.

"And there are appropriate places to wear that. But I wouldn't wear that to church on Sunday."

Seems like the panel would agree with the Montana legislator who thinks it should be illegal to wear yoga pants in public.

Good to know that all women should listen to Fox & Friends when it comes to clothing choices.
