It's a sad fact of life that the older you get, the more and more young people there are who are better at stuff than you are.

Robbie Griffith, a teenage somersaulting machine from Scotland, is a perfect example of this; although he's only 14 he's already got some ridiculous parkour skills, casually flipping off walls and leaping between ledges in the sport's trademark, wince-inducing fashion.

Griffith created the clip as a submission for a parkour video contest hosted by 4TLOM (4 The love Of the Moment) 2015, an international freerunning event held in the Netherlands.

You can follow Griffith on Instagram or subscribe to his channel on YouTube for more mildly unnerving stunts.
