During a discussion about Iran negotiations on C-SPAN's morning call-in show, Washington Journal, a man calling himself Jack Strickland phoned in and recited the theme song lyrics from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Strickland apparently has a YouTube account that has a few C-SPAN prank calls.
