You may think you've seen outrageous milkshakes.

You may think that Nutella doughnut milkshakes are as crazy and over the top as it gets.

You're wrong.

In Preston, Lancashire in the UK, an oil-crazed genius named John Clarkson just deep fried a milkshake, reports Daily Mail.

Clarkson runs Mister Eaters Fish and Chips, which specializes in all things fried (think Cadbury eggs, Spam doughnuts and a 5 foot, 4 inch burger called the "pie scraper"), but the milkshake takes things to a whole new level.

These "chipshakes," purported to be 500 calories each, are made from milkshake ice cubes comprised of milkshake powder, flour, eggs and other ingredients mixed together then refrigerated. The chocolate, vanilla or strawberry cubes are then battered and deep fried until the outside is crispy and the inside is a gooey, warm milkshake.

Clarkson wants to be a trendsetter in the chip shop world and tells Daily Mail, "Their first reaction was, 'What!?' They think I'm daft as a brush. They say I'm the Willy Wonka of the chip shop trade, which is quite funny. I've had this shop for a long time and it can be quite laborious, so I like to do things to keep the job fun."

These cubes sell for 65 pence each, but you can get three for 1.70 GBP. That doesn't include the price of the Lipitor that your cardiologist will surely prescribe, but such is the price for milkshake greatness.

If milkshakes aren't your thing, don't sweat it — Clarkson tells Mashable the next project he is working on is deep fried pudding.

You bring the Spandex pants, and Mister Eaters will bring the fried goods.
