Windows Mobile users may often get passed over when talk of handhelds these days invariably turns to the iPhone and the irrational exuberance it manages to inflict on the human population. Case in point: iPhone 3G-hungry linemakers in the heart of New York City sitting eager and idle about a week before the official launch date, just to be among the first to handle a $199-dollar-or-more plastic-backed wonder toy. That’s what much of the technorati are talking about today. Blog press coverage naturally goes where consumer conviction leads. (Disclaimer: I am a happy iPhone owner who knows excessive technological zealotry when I see it.)
FriendMobilizer will most likely be trumped by a more fit and suave offering by third-party iPhone developers and they’re curvy curves and elegant transitions in about a week or so, give or take some beta room. But right this second, FriendMobilizer has the Windows Mobile crowd covered. Sound good? Good.
