Nothing like a small continuity error to remind us that our beloved sitcom characters are just figments of an NBC producer's imagination.

For a blogger at Recently Heard, that moment came during a Netflix-inspired Friends re-watch. In season 9, episode 15, titled "The One with the Mugging," a woman who is decidedly not Jennifer Aniston briefly appears on screen as Rachel Green.

In a scene early in the episode, Joey and Rachel meet Monica in her kitchen to discuss Joey's latest role.

During a back-and-forth, the camera returns to Joey and for a brief moment, we see Aniston's smiling double standing behind him.

This is far from the first time viewers have spotted doubles and other continuity errors on Friends. In season 8, episode 5 ("The One with Rachel's Date"), Phoebe has coffee at Central Perk with Courtney Cox's stand-in.
