There are hundreds of full-length movies and shows on Google Video, making some of us wonder if they're headed for the courtroom. This list, from a report by the National Legal and Policy Center, shows the 50 most popular full length movies on the site over the past week. Some have been up for a year or more.
Many are labeled "Part 1", but "Part 2" is always readily available, they say. It's ironic that Google, with the best search technology, hasn't been able to keep copyrighted material at bay; perhaps their failure to impose a time limit - as YouTube did - is what turned Google Video into the next BitTorrent.
