Future US, Inc., a publisher of special interest magazines and websites since 1985, has created Qore, an interactive "magazine," if you will, that is accessible through the Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) PlayStation Network.
The exclusivity of the partnership between Future US and Sony doesn't stop there. Future US has the exclusive rights to sell advertising on its program. So far, ads will consist of trailers, and other forms of contextual ads, not too different from what you see online. Having such a targeted delivery method for the niche PlayStation consumer is beneficial for advertisers, and gives a number of PlayStation users direct access to peripheral content that can be of use to them.
