GamerDNA is moving forward on its platform strategy to attract more from the gamer community. In launching the new beta version of GamerDNA.com, the company is creating a platform for gamers to join a somewhat agnostic community for maintaining their "social graph" across games.

Somewhat of a profile aggregator for a gamers' various games, a user can keep and/or share their game experiences, stories from other games, and other relevant activity. GamerDNA considers this to be a portable gaming identity, "complete with a history of gameplay, experiences and preferences," notes GamerDNA CEO Jon Radoff. A FriendFeed for gameplay, perhaps?

Whatever the end goals for such a platform may be, GamerDNA is certainly hoping to get some good content going on the new beta site, starting with its own gaming properties 360voice and GuildCafe. In fact, GamerDNA was built on the technologies already developed for these websites, meaning the portal approach for gamers and all their game history/preferences can be leveraged as a cross-marketing platform not only for GamerDNA but for other platforms, games and consoles as well.
