Be prepared to get jealous, jet setters -- this cat is living quite the life.

Gandalf, a "2-and-a-half-year-old ball of fuzz from South Korea," is clearly not your typical cat. While most cat owners wouldn't dream of the horror that would ensue bringing their felines outside of their home, Gandalf clearly takes to the leash quite well.

Gandalf's humans, two 22-year-olds currently living in California, acquired him from a pet hospital in downtown Seoul. A little worse for wear, and only 5-weeks-old, Gandalf had a respiratory infection, but his owners still loved him.

"We knew we won the kitty lotto once we got him home," Gandalf's human told Mashable.

After just a few weeks, Gandalf's personality started to come through.

"He taught himself to play fetch, hide-n-seek and started coming with us on our outings. He took no time adjusting to his leash and started walks at 8-weeks-old."

According to his humans, Gandalf will even run to the door and sit in anticipation of the outside world whenever they pick up his leash.

Gandalf and his family recently moved back to the U.S. and embarked on an epic road trip.

The trip spanned nine states over three months, allowing Gandalf to experience the Grand Canyon, Austin, Texas and the California Coast.
