Garth Brooks loves his mom, and for Mother's Day, he's shouting it from the digital rooftops.

To honor his mom, Colleen, who died of throat cancer in 1999, the country legend made a collage on the Flipagram app, pairing photos of Colleen with his emotional song "Mom."

The 53-year-old singer, who joined Flipagram on Friday to create the tribute to Colleen, is encouraging people to build their own collages and share them with #MeetMyMom.

Brooks previously performed his "Mom" cover song, originally recorded by Bonnie Tyler, last year on Good Morning America, where he returned Friday to discuss Mother's Day.

That performance left the audience, including GMA host Robin Roberts, in tears.
