HBO 'Girls' Deleted Scene Pits Man Against Siri

Editors' note: Video language is NSFW.

HBO's Girls is often lauded for its all-too-accurate portrayal of the lives of 20-somethings in New York City. In this deleted scene from season 2, released exclusively to Mashable, we get a glimpse into the characters' frustrations with technology.

In the clip, Natalia (Shiri Appleby), the girlfriend du jour of Adam Sackler (Adam Driver), takes her beau to buy an iPhone at Park Slope Wireless.

Upon first encountering the iPhone's personal assistant Siri -- or, in Natalia's words, "the woman who answers all your questions" -- Adam is initially uninterested. But then he discovers the fun of asking Siri crass questions.

The scene above, along with many others, can be found in the bonus features of the season 2 DVD and Blu-ray set, to be released Aug. 13.
