Apparently, Goo Goo Dolls do want North America to see them.
The band announced on Monday that it's embarking on a North American tour this summer, beginning July 8 in Portland, Oregon and wrapping up Sept. 16 in Las Vegas. Collective Soul and Tribe Society will open.

In a video last week, frontman John Rzeznik also said the band is putting the "final touches" on its 11th studio album, Boxes: "It's going to be coming out very, very, very soon... we worked our asses off on it."
Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday at 10 a.m., while members of the band's Inner Machine Fan Club can begin purchasing them on Tuesday. See the full list of dates below:
