Google Apps - Google just went live with its integration of Google Docs and Spreadsheets into Google Apps. They'd already mentioned this was coming, but many will be glad to see it has dropped.
Million Dollar Avatar - I originally dimissed this site as yet another lame Million Dollar Homepage clone (we get about 4 of those submitted per week). As it turns out, Million Dollar Avatar is a place for bloggers and website owners to promote themselves.
