Conan O'Brien, Google's self-appointed brand ambassador, has taken it upon himself to develop and launch a much needed product in the Google arsenal -- it's called Blockbuster.
The algorithm works to predict if the sub-par trailers and videos collecting dust on YouTube's shelves have the chops to make it as a Hollywood blockbuster. Factors considered include "How many blocks has the director busted in the past?" and "Are any stars trekked, warred or danced with?"
By considering these highly scientific factors, Google Blockbuster is able to guess, with 100% accuracy, if your video will achieve stardom. Not really, not at all, it's just Conan being awesome. But the whole concept seems pretty genius. Take note, Google.
