Entitled No Adult Supervision Required: How To Build Successful 21st Century Companies, the book follows Schmidt’s first business book, The New Digital Age, which was released this April.

Co-authored by Google senior vice-president Jonathan Rosenberg, the new book is described as a how-to guide for business leaders, and offers insights into specific management scenarios based on the authors' experiences.

In a statement released by the publisher, Schmidt said, “Getting products right requires attracting and managing a new breed of technically savvy workforce, and this book offers a practical and accessible guide for how to do that.”

No Adult Supervision Required: How To Build Successful 21st Century Companies is scheduled to debut in the fall of 2014.
