Facebook and Google, united at last.
Ankur Shah has just built a Google search app for Facebook leveraging Google's Ajax Search API - called SearchTime, it essentially means that you don't have to leave Facebook to begin your Google searches. That said, going to Google.com is still arguably faster (getting more results via the API interface take a few clicks).
Another noteworthy aspect: the app has a "sponsor" link for Ankur's company Contactify. Will sponsored apps start sneaking in to the Facebook ecosystem?
