We hope you didn't have big plans this weekend because Google Feud will automatically fill your time.

Google Feud, which launched this week, combines the format of television game show Family Feud with the never-ending entertainment of guessing how Google will autocomplete what you type into its search bar, based on what other users have previously looked up.

You start by selecting a randomized search query from one of four categories: culture, people, names, questions. Then you get three chances to guess how it would be autocompleted, earning more points for the most common suggestions.

It's addictive, but it's also the kind of game that will make you question your sense of reality. For example, when asked to autocomplete for "David..." the top result was Yurman. After some quick Googling, I discovered that David Yurman makes designer jewelry -- but that still doesn't answer the question of why his name comes up before Bowie, Letterman and Beckham.

Then there are the downright disturbing rounds that you feel awkward guessing correctly:

Google Feud isn't the first game based on Google Autocomplete. Last year, two Torontonians released a board game called Query, which raised more than $12,000 Canadian on Kickstarter.
