This weekend cities all over the world are waving rainbow flags for Gay Pride parades, held in celebration of the LGBT community and its history.
This year's celebrations are particularly heartening as they follow the Supreme Court's landmark decision to legalize same-sex marriage in all 50 states.
In honor of this year's Pride festivities, LGBT employees at Google developed festive Easter eggs across its many platforms that celebrate the community:
Gmail
A custom Pride theme is available here for Gmail inboxes.
Calendar
The Pride Calendar banner will appear if an event has one of the following substrings: Gay parade, Gay pride, Gayglers, Gaygler, Lesbian march, Lesbian parade, Lesbian pride, Christopher Street Day, Euro Pride, Europride, World Pride or WorldPride.
Google Sheets
Users who write "PRIDE" with each letter in a separate spreadsheet column will trigger rainbow columns. This trick also works in Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese.
Google Hangouts
When a user types the keywords "Happy Pride" one of three gifs appears:

Searching for #AndPride produces a rainbow theme.
At Pride parades, Google will give out cards that provide users with 5.16GB for their personal Drive accounts.

The platform is running a feature on its homepage for music, movies and books that feature LGBT artists or stories.
