The Gotye Parody to End All Gotye Parodies: 'Some Music That I Used to Love' [VIDEO]

Has America's romance with Gotye's "Somebody That I Used to Know" ended? It certainly appears that way. In fact, it may be time for us to listen to other songs.

In the above video, comic Eric Schwartz relays this painful information to Gotye himself (OK, a guy pretending to be Gotye) and then lays out his case in song: "I became addicted to it at first because it was magic," Schwartz sings. "Radio played it again and over again. I repainted my whole room like it, got a full-body tattoo of him. This song is much harder to ditch than a lover. But now it's time to turn it off. Never heard a song so catchy I had to break up with it. I with that I could keep it on, but they played it at my cousin Jacob's Bar Mitzvah." Later, Schwartz laments the fact that the song is also his grandmother's ringtone.
