Self-styled Indian spiritual leader turned rock singer turned actor Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh rose to international fame when he was featured in the 'Do Not Play section of Jimmy Fallon's The Tonight Show, which is devoted to the worst music around the world.

Fallon played "Love Charger", one of Singh's most popular numbers from the album Highway Love Charger with some hesitation, wondering if it was a rock song or a romantic ballad. In spite of his initial misgivings, Fallon began seemed to be enjoying the fast beats, even singing the lyrics a few times before ending the song.

48-year-old Singh is the leader of the social welfare and spiritual organisation Dera Sacha Sauda, which claims to have 50 million followers in India. He's infamous for his flashy appearances, music videos and concerts, and has even appeared in two controversial films in the last one year.
