The good news is that you don't have to cope with Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale's divorce on your own any longer.

The bad news is that Gwen Stefani in breakup mode is as heart-wrenching as ever. And while her new single, "Used to Love You," isn't quite as tragic as "Don't Speak," the music video will still gut you.

The video is four minutes of Stefani just dealing with her emotions, staring, trembling and pulling her hair while you watch helplessly.

“I don’t know why I cry, but I think it’s because for the first time since I hated you," sing Stefani. "I remembered that I used to love you.”

Stefani gave an emotional performance of the song in New York on Saturday night. "I just want to share a song that I wrote recently," Stefani told the audience. "This song is really special."
