Watch them whip. Now watch them lunge.

Jared Paschall, an elementary school P.E. teacher from Harvest, Alabama, is using Silento's summer jam "Watch Me" to whip his gym class into shape. He posted a video the cardio routine to YouTube in late August explaining his students will perform the dance, filled with push ups, high knees and lunges, at the beginning of class to warm the up for the day.

"Since they loved the song so much and many of them already knew some moves, I decided to incorporate exercise into music and get them excited about doing a cardio workout," Paschall tells AL.com.

He also wrote to Michelle Obama to suggest the routine become part of her "Let's Move" initiative.
