Lem Turner is an incoming freshman at Ball State University, and he just became a legend.
On Thursday night, during a pep rally, Turner had the opportunity to win free tuition for a semester. All he had to do was make a half-court shot in front of a huge audience of his new classmates. No pressure.
Luckily for Turner, however, he made the basket. The audience, mascot and various men in polos and cargo shorts went wild.
According to Ball State, this is the second time in three years that someone has made the tuition shot.
