New York City's cutest pooches strutted their stuff at the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade this weekend. Dozens of canines in cute and clever costumes gathered at the East Village neighborhood park for the 23rd annual event.
T-Rex terriers sniffed the butts of beagles dressed like sea creatures, and puppy lobster bakes had humans cooing.
