Hamlet the piglet conquered his deathly fear of the stairs in this video, when his owner, PiggyGirl2010 (who posted this video) coaxed him down with a bowl of oatmeal. To no surprise, the video went viral on Facebook because, really, who can resist a classic story of triumph and bravery, and even more so a squishy, snorting piglet?

As opposed to the "ripping-off-the-bandaid" technique, Hamlet opts for the cautious approach to tackling his fear - he paces back and forth on each step, before delicately wobbling down.

And it's a fairy tale ending for all, when finally, Hamlet dives, snout first, from the last step into his greatly deserved bowl of oatmeal.
